It is with deep regret that we announce the death of William Donaldson AM.
Affectionately known as Bill Donaldson.
Treasured husband of Babs Donaldson.
Much loved father and father-in-law of Tori & Ian McIntosh and David & Shireen Donaldson.
Adored Poppa of Connor, Callum, Wil and Hugh.
Loved brother and brother-in-law of Christina & Bruce van den Berg (both deceased), Jock (deceased) & Helen Donaldson and Alex Donaldson.
Bill passed away peacefully at the Griffith Pioneers Lodge on Wednesday 24th July, 2024 at the age of 88 years.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service which is to be held at the Anglican Cathedral Church of St Alban the Martyr, Griffith on Friday 2nd August, 2024 commencing at 10:00am followed by an interment in the lawn section of the Griffith cemetery.

Babs and family we deeply regret that we are unable to attend Bills funeral. However we will definitely be there in spirit and watching the live stream. Pauline and I send to you Babs our love and heartfelt condolences. You are a very special person Babs as was Bill and you are in our hearts and thoughts. Bill was a wonderful gentleman, and a not too shabby woodturner who will be missed by the many friends and acquaintances he met with and helped at woodturning events he attended and always with his beloved Babs at his side. Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Bill. My entire Rotary life was inspired and mentored by Bill. He briefed me on the first FAIM trip I did and when I later joined Rotary he involved me in RAWCS and mentored me. His work for Rotary, RAWCS and his community was an inspiration to all.
