It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Patrick Duxbury.
Dearly loved partner of Rhonda.
Much loved father of Nikita, Karlene, Renya and Robert.
Loved Poppy Pat of Wesley, Ruben, Ryan, Lachlan, Luke, Frankie,
Rocco, Riley, River and Storm.
Pat passed away peacefully at the St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydne, on Tuesday 7th January 2025 at the age of 72 years.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service which is to be held at the lawn section of the Darlington Point cemetery on Monday 13th January 2025, commencing at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers donations are being gratefully received for the Australian Leukaemia Foundation.
