It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Charlie Forner.

Dearly loved husband of Olga Forner.

Much loved father and father-in-law of Shireen & David and Derek & Vivian.

Adored Poppy of Wil, Hugh, Julia and Hayden.

Late of Waugh Street, Griffith, who passed away peacefully at the Griffith Base Hospital on Thursday 29th December 2022, at the age of 84 years.

Relatives and friends of the Late Charlie Forner are respectfully invited to attend a Requiem Mass which is to be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Griffith, on Wednesday 4th January 2023, commencing at 10:00am, followed by a private family burial.
