Affectionately known as Jeff.

Dearly loved husband of Ann.

Loved father and father-in-law of Benjamin & Rebecca and Rick and Alix.

Adored Poppy of Cayden, Amelia, Kate and Isaac.

Late of Bomen Street, Goolgowi, who passed away peacefully at St Vincents Hospital, Sydney, on Tuesday 27^th June 2023, at the age of 63 years.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service which is to be held in the Goolgowi cemetery on Thursday 6^th July 2023, commencing at 11:00am.
