Better known as 'Gav'.
Dearly loved son of David and the Late Dolores Eade
Loved father of Beau and Daniel.
Adored poppy Gav of Laneeka.
Loved brother of the Late Wayne Smith.
Remembered dearly by his loving family.
Late of Boorga Road, Lake Wyangan, who passed away peacefully at Griffith base Hospital on Sunday 5th February 2023, at the age of 48 years.
Relatives and friends of the Late Gav Eade are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service which is to be held at ‘Drovers Rest’ 155 Boorga Road, Lake Wyangan, on Wednesday 15th February 2023, commencing at 10:00am, followed by an interment in the lawn section of the Griffith Cemetery.
