It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Betty Scanlon.
Dearly loved wife of the Late Ray Scanlon.
Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Gayle Braybon and Steve & Regina Scanlon.
Cherished Grandma Betty of Nigel, Nicole, Ben and Kate
and great Grandma Betty of Harrison, Grace, Flynn, Jay, Eloise, Vera, Taylor and Tanner.
Late of the Lachlan Lodge, Hillston, who passed away peacefully at the Lachlan Lodge on Monday 27th February 2023 at the age of 99 and a half years.
Relatives and friends of the Late Betty Scanlon are respectfully invited to attend a requiem mass which is to be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Hillston, on Tuesday 7th March 2023, commencing at 11:00am, followed by an interment in the lawn section of the Hillston Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations are being gratefully received for the Hillston Lachlan Lodge.

Gayle, Stephen and all of your family, It is with great sadness that we were unable to attend the funeral service for Aunty Betty today. We are more than grateful that we could be there in part by following along in the online service. A fine and fitting ceremony for a grand lady who was dear to us and meant so much to many. Gayle, Stephen and families - sorry we couldn't get to the funeral but you are all in our thoughts and prayers. We did participate as much as we could through the video link which was really amazing.
