Late of Griffin Avenue, Griffith, who passed away peacefully at the Griffith Base Hospital on Wednesday 8th July, at the age of 58 years.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service will be held on Monday the 13th July, commencing at 1:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being received for the Griffith branch of Can Assist.
